Beth Copeland
Elizabeth Bailey Copeland has been self-employed since 1998, empowering people to be leaders in her role as a Leadership/Team Development Coach and Business Consultant. Currently, she serves as the Executive Director of Georgia Christian Business Network and God’s People Ministry, Inc. Beth has a passionate desire to enlighten individuals of their awesome responsibility to walk in leadership. Beth is a magnetic presenter; captivating the audience and stimulating action for positive change. She has been successful in partnering with local and national organizations to facilitate cultural change, acquire next-level leadership skills and to develop a champion attitude. Beth’s number 1 objective in ministry is to facilitate for every individual that… God has a plan… And I Am A Part of it! Beth has been a resident of Lawrenceville for a total of 52 years; she presently resides there along with Jerome, her husband of 43 years. They have been blessed with four children, two sons-in-love, one daughter-in-love and four precious granddaughters, Autumn, Ava, Alessia and Allegra Bailey.

She is the CEO and Founder of The Wise Woman Collective and TCT Clinical Consultants. In 2018, Teresa authored the financial self-help book, ‘Financially F.I.T.’ Teresa started out as a small-town girl from Texarkana, Arkansas. Her journey to today has been very varied and filled with both joy and struggle. With the wind of her education at the University of Arkansas where she earned a degree as a registered nurse and her many life lessons at her back, Teresa has become a sought after international public speaker, trainer, mental health expert, plant-based nutritionist, autoimmune specialist, and trauma informed health and wellness coach. Due to her skills combined with her compassion for people and love of God, she is uniquely able to coach the young and young at heartfrom the living room to the boardroom to, “Create the Life and/or Business of their Dreams.” She dreamed. She believed. She has become Dr. Teresa Carthron, RN, CBHCM CDP CADDCT CFRDT, DDP Trauma Informed Health and Wellness Coach (Mentor Agility), Plant Based Nutritionist (AFPA), (Gut Health Specialist (AFPA), Autoimmune Specialist (AFPA).Underneath ALL of those letters shea is a servant leader and remains the small-town girl from Arkansas who just wants to see Y-O-U succeed.
